Infanterie Égyptienne, 1/72 Figurines Nexus Atlantic 1803

Nexus re-released many of the old figurines d'antiquité d'Atlantic which had been sorely missed by miniature collectionistes et joueurs de guerre alike. L'infanterie égyptienne was part of a large range of Atlantic figurine sets featuring the Sphinx, Pharao's Palace et Court, the Pharao's Ship, Boats on the Nile, et Chariots Égyptiens. The painting examples on the box cover are inspiring, et joueurs de guerre avec figurines may want to consider adopting some of the shield designs et colour patterns shown here. The figurines are in relatively relaxed poses which may be used in dioramas depicting troupes égyptiennes away from the battlefield, guarding city gates et palaces for example.

Évaluation

  • Choix de sujet excellent, these Atlantic figurines may be used to raise une armée égyptienne pour DBA.
  • This figurine set includes 62 soldiers in 11 poses, compared to most other figurine sets offer fewer than 50 soldier per box.
  • The figurines are naked except for the loin cloth, et they have been sculpted correctly. Facial features, anatomical details, weapons et shields will be fun to paint.
  • Useful wargaming poses. Ces figurines égyptiennes appear realistic et they will look nicely compatible when mounted on wargame infantry stands.
  • The painting examples on the box cover are well done et they may inspire the miniature painter to copy some of the shield patterns shown.
  • Compatible avec ESCI, et Italeri.
  • The figurines are exceptionally tall, especially considering the fact that peuples antiques were much shorter than we are today. The average figurine height varies, as it should, but even the shortest of these figurines turns out much too tall.
  • Noticeable flash et mould lines around the weapons will have to be removed prior to painting.
  • The archer is in an unusual pose, et one wonders where he will put the hatchet when he needs both hands to fire the bow. The figurine has no quiver to carry arrows into battle.

Emploi Historique
